                                                 Control Panels are within AgileAccess® core capabilities, and offered through Integrated Solutions as well as Design & Development, covering Micro-Controller based solutions.

PLC programming for Remote Monitoring & Control for Water Treatment Plants and Power Monitoring (SCADA Systems) is part of our new venture involving Strategic Partners and Manufacturers, among them:

• GE Fanuc

• Siemens (Energy & Automation)

• ABB

• Honeywell

Panels & Enclosure Construction:

Control Panels besides the Electronics, may involve construction. Panels & Enclosure, may have ruggedness requirement to standup to harsh environment; back-rooms or outdoors.

The above panels are an example of AgileAccess™ capability in construction of panels and enclosures for  Controls and Integrated Solutions. The panels were built to MIL Specs and involved:

• Material (AISI 4130; hardness HRB, HRA)
• Precision Machining (tight tolerances)
• Passivation; (Cadmium; QQ-P-416, Type II, Class-2)
• Coating (MIL-STD-1303); Color System FED-STD-595
• Bonding (Rubber-Metal); Conductive Rubber; GE Silicone Adhesive System
• Marking (Inks, Lettering)
• Securing Hardware (not shown)

The finished Panels met all requirements in the first pass, showing the level of attention and detail that went into producing them, starting with research of Standards, Material Suppliers, Inspection & Qualification, Packaging and In-Out Shipping and lots more.

AgileAccess™ has plans to offer Programmable Power Panels to it's Integrated Solutions customers.
